Brigade Vanagaram Chennai is an upcoming residential project by Brigade Enterprises Limited at Vanagaram in west Chennai. Pre-launch material describes 2 and 3 BHK apartments starting at roughly Rs 1.33 Cr, across about five towers, with possession expected around December 2030. The RERA registration has not yet been issued.

Why west Chennai, and why Vanagaram

Vanagaram sits on the western side of Chennai, close to where Poonamallee High Road meets the Chennai–Bengaluru highway. Roads here were built for through traffic, so they are wider than the city average and they connect in several directions rather than one.

From Vanagaram you are close to Porur, Ambattur, Mogappair and Koyambedu, and Anna Nagar is a straightforward run.
