Concorde Group Bangalore Review 2026: Track Record, Projects and Checks

Concorde Group Bangalore has built homes in the city since 1998 and says it has delivered about 27 million sq ft for more than 17,000 families. Its 2026 focus is North Bengaluru, led by Concorde Sienna on Hennur Main Road.

Concorde Group Bangalore is one of the city’s longer-running mid-size developers, and in 2026 it is one of the busier names in North Bengaluru. If one of its projects is on your shortlist, you are really asking two questions. Does the developer finish what it starts? And is the specification you are shown in the sales office the one you will actually get?

This review sets out what Concorde Group Bangalore publishes about itself, which of its current projects matter most to buyers, what its awards do and do not prove, what we could not confirm, and a practical one-week method for checking any builder before you pay a booking amount.

If you are looking at the group’s newest launch, our full review of Concorde Sienna on Hennur Main Road covers the RERA number, unit sizes, prices and amenities.

Concorde Group Bangalore high-rise residential project

Who Is Concorde Group Bangalore?

Concorde Group Bangalore is a real estate developer that builds apartments, villas, plotted developments and commercial buildings. Its corporate office is on Vittal Mallya Road in central Bengaluru, and on its own website the company says it has been building in the city since 1998 – close to three decades.

The managing director is Anil R G, who is named in press coverage of the company’s 2025 land deals. The group’s award write-ups also name Nesara as an executive director.

One detail matters more than the brand name: the legal entity. For Concorde Sienna, aggregator records of the RERA filing name the promoter as Concorde Housing Corporation Pvt Ltd. Developers often register different projects under different companies, and your agreement – and any future claim – is with the company named on the RERA certificate, not with the logo on the hoarding.

Before you pay: Look up the promoter name on the project’s RERA record on the Karnataka RERA portal and make sure the same company appears on your booking form and agreement.

What Concorde Group Bangalore Says About Itself

These are the company’s own figures from its About Us page in October 2026, with our comment on each.

Claim Figure Our comment
Building since 1998 About 28 years – long enough to have finished buildings you can inspect
Area delivered 27 million sq ft A 2025 press piece said 26 million; the gap is probably timing
Area under way 7 million sq ft Roughly a quarter of its delivered total – a heavy pipeline for its size
Families housed 17,000+ Not independently verifiable, but consistent with the area figure
Number of projects Not published Third-party sources quote 17, 29, 41 and 59 – they cannot all be right

The project count is the figure to note. A developer with 28 years of history should be able to hand you a list of every completed project with its occupancy certificate date, and Concorde Group Bangalore does not publish one on its website. Ask the sales team for it; a developer confident in its record will provide it.

A 7 million sq ft pipeline is not a red flag on its own, but it does mean several projects are competing for the same management attention and cash flow. Ask how many Concorde projects are due to hand over in the same year as yours.

Concorde Group Bangalore Projects in 2026

The company’s website lists nine residential projects – Sienna, Eleve, NEO, Mayfair, Antares, Hillcrest, Northwoods, Equity and Abode 99 – along with commercial work such as Econex. For most buyers, the North Bengaluru cluster is the one that matters.

Project Location What we found
Concorde Sienna Hennur Main Road 260 homes on 3 acres, about 28 floors, 2 and 3 BHK from Rs 1.26 Cr; RERA filed June 2026
Concorde NEO Thanisandra About 4 acres and 424 homes per press reports; reported possession October 2029
Concorde Mayfair Yelahanka Realty+ 2024 mixed-use award; reported possession November 2028
Concorde Antares North Bengaluru Sources disagree on Vidyaranyapura vs Yelahanka New Town
Concorde Hillcrest Not confirmed ET Achievers 2022 award for most unique project

The possession dates in that table come from listing sites rather than from the developer, so treat them as reported. The binding date for any project is the completion date on its RERA filing.

Concorde Sienna is the newest Concorde Group Bangalore launch and the one our readers ask about most. As a single-tower, single-phase site, it is a cleaner test of execution than a large phased township – you will be able to watch one building rise from one gate. Our Concorde Sienna price guide breaks down what it really costs.

Awards Won by Concorde Group Bangalore

The company lists these awards on its website:

Year Award Project
2024 Realty+ Conclave and Excellence Award (South), Mixed-Use Project of the Year Concorde Mayfair
2023 Times Business Awards, Best Ultra Luxury Residential Project Concorde Luxepolis
2023 ET Achievers Karnataka, Investment Property Award Concorde Equity
2022 ET Achievers, Most Unique Project Concorde Hillcrest
2020 – 21 Economic Times Best Realty Brand Company
2015 Silicon Real Estate Awards, Best Luxury Villa Concorde Cupertino

Industry awards usually judge a project at launch or during construction, often from a nomination the developer submits. They show that a company invests in design and marketing. They do not tell you whether the lifts work in year six, or whether the residents’ association took over a building with its paperwork in order.

The award worth more than a line is the 2015 one for Cupertino. It is old enough that the villas have been lived in for years, which makes it a real place you could visit and judge for yourself.

What We Could Not Confirm About Concorde Group Bangalore

  • A complete project list with OC dates. Not published by the developer, and third-party counts conflict.
  • On-time delivery history. We found no reliable source comparing promised and actual handover dates across its projects.
  • RERA complaints and orders. Our searches turned up none, but the portal does not allow automated searches, so check by hand.
  • Specifications. For Concorde Sienna, the microsite says specifications are as per the final agreement, and premium options may cost extra.

None of these is a finding against Concorde Group Bangalore. They are the questions to ask, and a builder’s sales team can usually answer them within a day if the answers are good.

Concorde Group Bangalore vs Larger Developers

Most buyers looking at Concorde Group Bangalore are also looking at one or two bigger names in the same corridor. On Hennur and Thanisandra that usually means a listed national developer or a Bengaluru company with a longer list of finished towers.

Factor Mid-size developer such as Concorde Large listed developer
Price per sq ft Often sharper for a similar flat Usually includes a brand premium
Public track record Shorter; you do more of the checking Longer; more resident groups and RERA history
Disclosure Fewer published figures Quarterly results and investor disclosures
Flexibility Often more open on payment plans Standardised terms

Neither is automatically safer. A large developer can still deliver a weak building, and a smaller one can deliver an excellent one. Compare like with like: the same configuration, carpet area and handover year, and the developer’s record on its last three completed buildings rather than its lifetime total. On Hennur Road you can line up Concorde Sienna against Sobha Victoria Park or Prestige Hennur Kothanur.

One more practical question: ask each developer how much of the project is funded by bank loans versus customer payments. RERA’s escrow rule ring-fences 70% of collections for the project, but a developer leaning heavily on buyer instalments has less room if sales slow down.

How to Check Concorde Group Bangalore – or Any Builder – in a Week

The same seven steps work for any developer. Set aside a week and do them in order.

  1. Ask for the completed-project list with the occupancy certificate date for each, and pick two that are at least five years old.
  2. Walk those two buildings: the top-floor lobby, the basement after rain, the lift machine room if allowed, the clubhouse and the external paint.
  3. Talk to two residents, ideally someone on the association committee. Ask what took longest to fix after handover and whether the developer showed up.
  4. Search the Karnataka RERA portal for the promoter’s name: every registered project, declared completion dates and any extension applications.
  5. Look for complaints and orders against the same promoter on K-RERA, and search consumer forum judgments by company name.
  6. Check the company’s filings on the MCA portal, including directors and any charges registered against it.
  7. Get the specification schedule attached to your agreement with brand names, so ‘premium fittings’ means something you can enforce.

The step most people skip is the third. Brochures and sales offices cannot tell you how a developer behaves after the last flat is sold. Residents can, and they will usually tell you for nothing.

Why Concorde Group Bangalore Is Focusing on the North

Most of the current Concorde Group Bangalore pipeline – Sienna, NEO, Mayfair and Antares – sits in the north of the city. That follows demand: Manyata Tech Park, Karle Town Centre and the KIADB belt towards the airport have made Hennur, Thanisandra and Yelahanka some of the most active housing markets in Bengaluru. Our guide to flats near Manyata Tech Park explains how those localities compare for daily commuting.

For buyers, a developer with several projects in one region can be a good sign – local teams, local suppliers and a reputation to protect in the same market. It also means you can visit an older Concorde building in the same part of the city before you book. Our Hennur Road Bangalore area guide covers the corridor where Concorde Sienna sits.

Ten Questions to Ask Concorde Group Bangalore Before You Book

A good sales conversation should leave you with written answers, not just a brochure. These are the questions we would put to Concorde Group Bangalore – or any developer – before paying a token amount.

Question Why it matters
Which company is the promoter on the RERA certificate? Your agreement and any claim are with that entity
What is the RERA completion date? It is the only date you can legally hold the developer to
Can I see a list of completed projects with OC dates? Shows how the developer has actually delivered
Which completed building near this project can I visit? A lived-in building is the best quality check
What is the RERA carpet area of my unit? Lets you compare price per sq ft across projects
How many lifts per core and homes per floor? Decides daily waiting time in a tall tower
What are floor rise, parking and club charges? These sit outside the headline price
Which brands are used for fittings? Gets ‘premium specifications’ into the agreement
Is the project funded by a bank loan? Shows how dependent construction is on buyer instalments
When will the clubhouse be handed over? Amenities sometimes lag the apartments

If Concorde Group Bangalore answers these clearly and in writing, that is a good sign in itself. If answers are vague or only verbal, slow down and ask again before you commit.

After Handover: What Good Developer Service Looks Like

A developer’s real test begins when the keys are handed over. A good developer runs a defect-liability period with a clear process for complaints, hands over building documents and maintenance accounts to the residents’ association on time, and stays responsive while snags are fixed.

When you talk to residents of an older Concorde Group Bangalore building, ask about exactly these points: how long the developer managed maintenance, how smoothly the association took over, and whether issues such as seepage, lift breakdowns or water supply were resolved. Those answers are the best predictor of your own experience.

Our Read on Concorde Group Bangalore

Concorde Group Bangalore has been building for close to three decades, it is still launching, and it has a real presence in the north of the city. Those are points in its favour. A developer with around 27 million sq ft behind it has finished a lot of buildings.

What is missing is transparency about that record. Without a published list of completed projects and handover dates, buyers have to do the checking themselves. That is not unusual for Bengaluru developers of its size, but it is still a gap.

Our advice is simple: treat Concorde Group Bangalore as a credible mid-size developer, and do the one-week check before you book. If the completed buildings look good and residents are reasonably satisfied, that tells you more than any award.

FAQs on Concorde Group Bangalore
